Directions

From the North on I-95 , take the Hogan Road exit. Turn left off exit. Continue across the bridge to the 4 th set of traffic lights (intersection of Hogan Road and Mt. Hope Ave ) turn left. Evergreen Woods is the 4 th driveway on the left hand side. Bear left at the fork. We are located in the red building.

From the South on I-95 , take the Hogan Road exit and turn right. At the 3 rd set of traffic lights (intersection of Hogan Road and Mt. Hope Ave ), turn left. Evergreen Woods is the 4 th driveway on the left hand side. Bear left at the fork. We are located in the red building.

From Eastern Maine Medical Center : North on State Street to Hogan Road . Left on Hogan Road . Turn right at intersection of Mt. Hope Ave & Hogan Road. Evergreen Woods is the 4 th driveway on the left hand side. Bear left at the fork. We are located in the red building.
